On average, most requests are completed in two to three business days. However, more complex requests can take longer.

How do I request design updates?
As a member, you'll receive your very own Roarke project dashboard where you can submit requests, track design statuses, provide feedback and manage any project from start to finish.
What if I don't like the designs?
No worries! Our team will continue to iterate and revise until you're 100% happy.
What if I only have a single request?
It depends on the single request. If you're looking for a high-performing landing page to uplift conversions... then Roarke is for you. However, if you're simply looking to make 1-2 small design updates to a current site, then the Roarke membership is likely not a fit, and we'd be happy to introduce you to quality options.
How does billing work?
Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. We use Stripe for billing, and you can pay by debit or credit card.
Is there any design work you don't cover?
Roarke doesn't cover the following: 3D modeling, original animated graphics, document/print design, and product packaging. However, we can source these deliverables from our trusted network for a per-project fee.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the quality and personalized nature of the work, there are no refunds once your first request has been submitted.
